چکیده

Sustainable agriculture is a concept developed in the late 20th century to promote production of crops using biological capabilities cultivated organisms while minimizing human impact on agrocenoses. In recent years, discovery new types bacteria that positively plant growth has opened up opportunities for development effective microbiological preparations and they offer promising prospects adaptive crop production, enabling farmers adjust changing environmental conditions reducing reliance anthropogenic inputs. Corn, as third most important grain after wheat rice, sensitive lack moisture. Therefore, understanding mechanisms adaptation resistance this drought remains an urgent task. The aim work was determine effect bacterization Zea mays ("Early gourmet 121") seeds by strains rhizobacteria corn under artificial vegetation experiment. Strains with known properties useful were used – Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas putida, Azospirillum brasilense Azotobacter chroococcum. study investigated indicators seedlings content mono-, oligo-, soluble sugars leaves activity polyphenol oxidase roots. results showed suspensions P. putida led increase length roots plants grown moisture deficit significantly affected above-ground parts. Positive effects mass parts observed when bacterized A. chroococcum mixture bacterial sufficient irrigation. A similar positive occurred only tested conditions. Bacterization or resulted increased root sugar accumulation growing deficit. Additionally, inoculation enzyme seedling While some conditions, not there we believe more approach developing based beneficial microorganisms explore combinations multiple soil strains. By identifying mix can effectively stimulate both stressed favourable maximize potential benefits production. Such may enhance yield during stress but also optimal providing robust reliable solution management.
